Well, a lot of you wanted to know what lead to the birth of ‘The Bold Vibe’ by ‘The Bold Girl💋‘
So today, I’ll share with y’all how I started my Blogging journey or rather why I started it.
Most of you who know a bit about me know that I do have a hard-time being active on the platform. Reason – My working schedule and some others reasons which aren’t disclosed yet.
I always wanted to have a Blog of my own but, never really knew if I would be able to write so much or give enough time for it. And so, I never really tried it. I don’t know about y’all but, I always wanted to do a lot of stuffs but, never really got the time and when I got, I kept it for tomorrow.
And guess whattttt…..
Tomorrow Never Comes!
It was May of 2019, when I suffered a severe backache and was on bed rest. It was so bad, I thought, I would never be able to stand on my feet ever again. I was completely lost. Couldn’t believe that at such a young age, these things had gripped me.
Consulted many Doctors, Physiotherapists but, nothing really worked. I was at my lowest. I wasn’t sure if my Employer would retain this employee or sack me (though the cause for my terrible health was their horrible chairs and my over stressful working environment). A lot of things ran into my head all at once.
I did my MRI thrice. Yes, thrice. The doctors were just experimenting. All of them gave different reasons, adding more trauma to my already stressed soul.
I cried…
I prayed….
Questioned, “Why me?”
But life doesn’t give you the answers, right?
While I was on unpaid leave, resting at home, one of my friend rang me up. She asked if I can join her to watch a movie. I told her that I can’t coz I knew, I won’t be able to sit for long.
After a while, I just shared this with my Mom. She advised me to go since, I needed a breather and asked to give it a try. I called her up and told her that I will join her.
I’d bought a new dress and I decided to wear it that day and a lot of things followed when I stepped out of the house. What those things were, you’ll get to know soon…
While my health condition was bothering me, something else also managed to eat my brain, that was “When will I live for myself? What about my dreams, my aspirations etc. etc.”
This feeling was more intense after I reached home that day. I wanted to speak it out. While the negativity and the “Will try it later” attitude was still trying to distract me, I decided not fall for it this time.
I knew, if I make a Blog, I will write. But making a Blog is all that I need to put my efforts in. Now, you’d think, it doesn’t need much effort, right? For me, it was, due to my preconceived notions and my overall condition. And trust me, I did not even know how does one create a Blog coz I never tried finding it out.
Though the pain was still a matter of concern and I knew that I can’t sit for long, I decided to sit and create it. It was 12:37 in the afternoon when I got the 1st email confirming my account creation.❤️ Then, I created every bit – all the pages, the design, images on the same day. (Some pages are now scrapped since I redesigned the website.)
Andddd…..
My first blog – ‘Short Dress‘ was up on 27th June 2019 at 10:22 in the night.
I know it very well, if I wouldn’t have reached that stage, I would’ve never dared to start a blog.
Sometimes, life teaches you somethings out of the blue. If I wouldn’t have been there then, I won’t have been here either.
This was my blessing in disguise!
My health condition lead me here.
That was my calling!
Life teaches you some lessons at the most unfavourable times but, listen, keep your eyes and ears open, the Universe is trying to tell you something.
Since all of us are forced to work from home, it has made working life difficult and for a person like me sitting and working from home is all the more difficult. But, I am trying. I don’t want to give-up. I do feel the pain at times, I take the rest that I need to and then I have to get back to my work. That’s life!
Well, I wouldn’t want you guys to keep asking me about my pain. I am fine but, yes, there are times when things become slightly difficult due to work from home. But, these days almost all are facing the same issue due to poor sitting posture. We just need to keep ourselves active and work something out to ease the pain. Hehe… I just went off track…
Y’all must be wondering why did I chose today’s day to share my story.
Well, it’s 27th June today.
It’s my Blog’s 1st anniversary!😊
I never thought, I’d ever own a blog. But, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve taken in my life!❤️

Yeah, I still do. Infact its back. That’s the reason why I cannot dedicate much time for my Blog post my working hours. Infact most of us are suffering from this pain these days. But for someone like me who was already suffering, it’s all the more difficult and painful.😢😢
I don’t have an office setup at home. Nobody has though. And the extended working hours, meetings etc etc…. You get it, right?
Right now not on medication as such. But yeah, I have to take pain killers at times when its unbearable and I know I have to again sit and work the next day.

BG , I understand this lockdown has caused a havoc on people working in m.n.c , adding to that, the working hours kind of thing is not their.
I know endless meetings, endless working hours, the companies have taken a toll on everyone.
Also I understand that medication can’t go on all the time, because for long run it’s not good.
If you don’t mind I can suggest you two things:
1. Try keeping the hot water bottle, the pouch one on your back when ever you lie down, also when you are sitting and doing work, external heat keeps the pain away…
2. My bua is a nureo surgeon, if you don’t find it weird , than I can discuss your case to her and can find some solution.
I’m saying that, though every body part is important, but it’s very important and be particular about the back.
So try following the first point.
And if you feel right and comfortable, I can discuss the case.

Hey Aaaaakash, thanks a lot, man. Well, I already follow that. Also, I’ve again started doing a bit exercises that my Physio had suggested me. I used to do it before lockdown and then I stopped since I was better.
But then lockdown happened and I was back to square one. My Ortho told me there’s nothing major and with time it should subside… But then, Corona came and the “with time” now seems like forever.😢
I most of the times forget to do the exercises coz my work load has just shooted in these 2-3 weeks. So not sure what to do.

In work .. and excess work.. forgetting to do exercise is but natural and only the work, needs to be blamed, and unfortunately it can’t be kept aside as well BG, so I’m strongly hoping that offices open at the earliest, only than it can give you time to be back to your routine, right now everything is off the course..😐😐😐

Nopeeee…. Opening offices is not the solution. Balancing your day is and moreover humans need to learn to treat humans as humans. People in the offices forget that the working hours are over. Idiots!
WFH is the best provided you have the best working condition and understanding humans who are named ‘Seniors’, ‘Collegues’ & ‘Employer’.

Actually…see managers want to project that they have highly efficient teams, so they make everyone slog.. and as people have started complaining, companies have taken stock of the situation, also cases of sexual harrasment in lockdown have reached to another level, so not only idiots but modified jerks have also been pulled up, and as it’s decided that offices have to be opened, so that work life balance stays.
You are absolutely right, opening office is not the solution..but to tame dogs certain steps needs to be taken, also no one can force you to come to office. Working hours, with break would be set and everything will go as per process…

No…male managers sending unwarranted messages..to female staff.. forcing them to attend video calls at odd hours for no reason.. and even telling them to resign now and than.
In some instances male staff, have inappropriately dressed while talking to female staff, even reaching to their homes in dead of the night, and behaving in brash manner.
Sending friend request, commenting in vulgar language..and on and on..
Men have lost their jobs because of that, and though they say lockdown, but don’t admit the real reason to anyone.
You are right companies don’t follow working protocols..but now they have to… because it is effecting the productivity and efficiency level…

Well… lot’s of companies it happened..women have massively complained..every Tom..dick.. and Harry approached them.. and the fact is they thought, that it’s lockdown and they can do as per their will…but they forgot that action still can be taken.
Where companies were looking for excuses, they got strong reasons to fire men..cases were very high in kolkata..delhi..Pune..mumbai.. bangalore…
It’s always stupid to mess with your work..but idiots..supported by stupid..seconded by jerks never understand that..

For many things…creating fake bank account.. doing transaction in their name..but routing money somewhere else.. sending threats.. ranging all kinds.. acquiring votes by illegal means..but presenting them legal in system… doing false bookings.. writing wrong reviews.. doing massive transactions…honey trapping.. looting of money from their bank accounts..the list is endless…the doer has to think at what consequence the data can be used…

Hmmmm….see..since yesterday we have discussed about three things your mobile..your office… and you don’t like staying around with people…so it’s good..you very well know what you want and what you don’t… generally people take efforts to get on with those also whom they don’t like..and I like the fact that you would better spend that energy on yourself to do something better..or for your own benefit..as to if you say that you are slightly undecided about the mobile and all..than BG, when you have to invest..you do have your doubts and questions..and that’s good…now days Majority follows the herd, they don’t see whether it would be beneficial or not.mbut you , are taking your time, collecting right information, so to zeroing on the right choice…so that’s why I said so…you clearly know what to do.. and what not to do.. and I’m certainly right at my points, that too when I don’t know you..😁😁😁

You’re right, that I don’t try to fit in. Not even for once. That’s the main reason why the world hates people like me who do not bow down to the societal and corporate norms.
I’ll treat you like I treat the rest of them. But if you expect me to lick your ass just coz you’re my Boss or the CEO of the company then you’re wrong completely. That’s what people hate about me. There are many live examples I can share but this is a lot for now. Hope you sense what I mean.

Certainly I do..the problem is corporate in India work on the funda of bootlicking, appraisal are done by stooging to any level.
Psychophatancy has become the norm of the day, and those who don’t do any work survive half by bootlicking and rest by shadowingly dependent on someone like you..who sloggs, works hard, does the work.. and gives work priority and that becomes evident, by how you can’t even do things that are important for your health.
It’s good you don’t try to fit in.. it’s always good and best to be the real you…it becomes imparative to be the real you..in world full of fakes..
At the end of the day your self respect and dignity matters the most… always and everytime.
Unfortunately majority people forget be at manager level or c.e o level that if they are human, than others are human as well.
They deserve the very rights..
I hope with coming time you are able to fulfill your high expectations..as to being weird ..it’s actually Normal..😁😁😁, don’t loose heart…

You sooo picked the right points about me and I wonder how did you even sense so much. Yes, I do my work and am punctual with my things, just that I do all but don’t show off. It then, works against me kinda. I’ve now learnt that if you fart a lot of times then you gotta show the world that you’ve actually got loose motions.🤣🤣🤣🤣 That’s how the world is.
Though I don’t pretend to get loose motions but, I make sure the world knows I farted. Does this example even make sense? I’m sure it did.🤣🤣🤣

Well BG, your writing tells a lot about you… and the way you talk gives an insight about you… it’s wonderful to be punctual and always help to stand for yourself… just that try people don’t at any point take you for granted.. also don’t load you up with unnecessary of their work…as to the loose motion and fart theory very unique.
It’s amusing and funny, but yes you are completely right BG, people are fake, full of fake in everything…as to you..you have accepted yourself the way you are…happy about it..stand for yourself…. and the biggest point in your advantage is that you know yourself completely… people on other hand are never ready to accept themselves.. they knowing themselves is a far fetched dream….so as to way you are genuine.. and completely happy in your soul 😁😁😁😁, that’s Great and the most wonderful part. …😃😃😃

I’m sure where you are going through so much..you can certainly device a way to fulfill your expectations…you are the bold girl.. certainly and eventually you can’t sit back..make a revised plan..with more research…work on it.. and I’m sure..you can do everything you want to..now I will say something very spiritual..we get one life..do everything you want to.. because you have the ability..and ofcourse the mindset for doing so.. because..we get only one life.. and leave no place for regrets.. when you don’t bow down in office.. don’t bow down at other places as well 😁😁😁👍

Yes.. you are right..I tried my hands on different things, while in hotel , airtel and mahindra, it was on job training, but when I was in jet airways, though was selected but had to clear papers by bureau of civil aviation and security, to get certification and licence, to work. So had studied a lot for that, plus on job training happened their also, because singling out fake passport, is priority one. Also, every place I had some friend working..so they used to tell about the interview and all..😁😁😁

Yes, you are right BG, but with my previous experience, plus friend already in the same company, and able to crack the interview, I could work in different companies and different job roles…I thoroughly enjoyed all this. You are completely right in your point that employers prefer people from same field, I used to appear for interview and crack it…so in a way have done office job and field job both… and that’s when you had told me about your workplace and your approach to work..I could easily understand.. working at different places.. have seen lot’s of people… and majority are bootlickers..yes their names and faces are different, but other characteristics are all same😂😂😂😂

Airtel interview was in delhi, so I was all cool with that.
Mahindra was in mumbai..I was happy to go.. because I have done my 10+2 from Mumbai and it was quite a trip…
Jet Airways was again in delhi… when profile doesn’t match .. it’s always better to wait for bulk hiring 😁😁😁😁…I believe to be lucky.. and I hope the same luck shines upon you..things get better with you ☺️☺️☺️

They call you… and just talk crap.. and on the backend software they are duplicating the sim… they don’t ask any details..in meantime.. they have duplicated the entire sim..and though it would appear that everything is normal..but automatically ..the signal in phone will go to nil.. they will do the transactions, without our knowledge.. and by the time anything can be done..loss has been done.. the e sim fraud has started since May month of lockdown… people have been looted … badly…if smart phone are good..than this is one of the problem of smartphone..easy duplicity..

Hmmmm…..BG, samsung is fine no denial, but if you have a samsung now, and if you have to get repaired it, than you can get it repaired, only the display quality will be minutely impacted, also I hope that battery backup stays the same. Samsung has been widely used, though others do compete with it, of you have samsung, use it… I’m sure it will give good service.. and it will be worth it. 🙂

I am a rough handler.🤣 I keep dropping my phone all the while so my friend suggested to go for Samsung coz durable. Probably he’s not confident about OnePlus’s durability.😝

BG, it’s alright if a phone drops and if the damage happens to samsung it also happens to one plus, the repairing cost matters, also neither samsung is durable if it falls, nor one plus is that durable, besides that after a period of time battery backup comes down, performance decreases… and that’s why smart phone are made like that..so that people not only want to use the better version..but also because their current phone..has started lagging behind…
No smart phone is durable… that’s their biggest drawback..and that’s why somewhere nokia 1100 and all were good.. they were the real durable..as of now if you have to buy a new phone..go for samsung.. also if god forbid something happens.. like screen replacing it would cost some 2k, if mb crashes, 5k to 6k… that’s an added point.. their hardware..in comparison to other phones like one plus, Asus, is very reasonable 🙂🙂

Also samsung galaxy M21, is a good mobile, as of date, it’s a good mobile, costing under 20 k, and if you go for exchange offer, than it should be around atleast 14 to 15 k.

I mean that if you go for samsung supposedly…than it would work very good for atleast one and half year or so..I have never seen anyone , cribbing with samsung.. it’s user friendly and the latest one you can use them… they have really worked on battery life in recent years..as to one plus and Asus, they are also good, but I have seen people taking them to service center sometimes in initial days..less with one plus..more with Asus…🙂🙂

Hmmmm…. samsung is samsung…one plus is one plus…the big market is captured by samsung… and ofcourse they were the first to bring Android in India..I use samsung and one plus both..side by side..I had purchased them in a difference of three months.. so as to the battery..one plus gives better backup, yes it doesn’t have jack, so I use wireless devices, it gives me option for cloud data storage, so the ram doesn’t matter.. and as to samsung..I have to charge it thrice in a day, no cloud data storage, yes jack and all are available..as to voice and picture quality one plus is better 🙂🙂🙂, I say cloud storage because like your mb crashed, and had that data been stored on cloud, than money won’t have to be spent on mb repair and replacement…but if you have to go cost wise than samsung costed me 14k and one plus costed me 50k…

In college…I used to buy and see things.. ofcourse at that time flipkart and Amazon were no where around..the timeline for that is 2009 to 2012.
Than after graduation I moved to Delhi..I have worked in front office of Taj hotel.
From their I shifted to Airtel.. department admin and training.
From airtel to mahindra.. department marketing.
From mahindra to kotak Mahindra.. department PR manager.
From kotak Mahindra to jet airways, document and visa checks.
From het airways to Jones Lang LaSalle. Facility management..team leader.

I really hope for that. Than I think you can continue with your exercise, I know and fully understand that this lockdown has caused worse of the havoc. Most probably by September mid they will open offices, and I hope your suffering ends….

Hahahahahahha…. Nooooooo… I don’t wanna go to office at all. I’m okay sitting back at homr and working.😂🤣😂 Just that I’ll have to plan my day accordingly so that I don’t feel overwhelmed. Trust me, I’m one of those who’s the most happiest coz of the lockdown. Don’t misunderstand me, I . worried about the situation and it does emotionally affect me but countries all around should have a WFH policy for everyone. Especially for people like me who hate human existence.🤣🤣

Hahaha…so ok… there’s also a catch in this as they will be opening office for people to come on alternate days, you can always stay at home, also for the very fact that offices with less people, would be the rule for coming months and probably might extend to next year, so certainly you can stay at home and work.
Also , their are two things, certain people are jumping to reach back to office.
Secondly, once this happens, which will happen soon, than they can’t extend the working hours.
Third, many competitive have started telling their managers, that too respect the work timings, so that people don’t start getting annoyed, and have their personal life as well.
By mid September things will change, so you can get back to your routine, take utmost good care of yourself..and ..do everything you wish to do…😃😃😃

My office will be shut till December and I was so thrilled to hear that but yes, I sense my condition and many others’ too may get bad. But I’m only hoping for things to settle down health wise. Like, I’m in two minds, I want things to become normal but don’t wanna ever go back to office and try and setup something for home forever.
I don’t like the whole concept of getting paid to tolerate people and sitting in their presence. I can tolerate you all from home. Isn’t it?😂😂🤣😂

No..not at all… it’s completely fine…I understand, in office we meet people of all kinds and psychic, getting along with everyone is not easy, also tolerating some becomes like fighting a war😃😃😃.
Also I know how you have been going through, so that’s why I hope like other offices, your office opens, and like it told you, it’s totally upto you for staying at home, because office themselves have to have the least strength.
Also I’m saying that because managers are power abusers, they always find some way to harass others.
And yes all this happening in name of work is harrasment..plain and simple
So if you want life to be on track and better..than do hope for offices to open..m

No..no samsung I won’t suggest..go for one plus eight, it’s a damn good phone with good battery backup, and wonderful memory storage. Samsung is fine, but it starts hanging up, as compared to one plus and all, it’s battery backup not that good. I know at one point samsung was in majority hands, because they took the scoop of android, which nokia refused. If you really want a reliable mobile go for one plus eight, the pro version is also available but there’s no difference between the two..🙂🙂🙂😎

When I got to know that OnePlus doesn’t have a separate slot for a memory card, I was disappointed. Moreover no 3.5mm jack.😐

Yeah…but the new one plus eight has come up with memory card, for the jack there’s an issue..you can only use wireless stuff.
Also you can go for asus.. it’s reasonable and damn good phone again… memory storage great..along with easy to use.. and has all the required jacks.
Try going for ASUS, it’s reasonable , in comparison to one plus and all.
Yes vivo and real me are their, but seeing the diplomatic situation I don’t think they would stay here for long, also they are not that good to use. After a period of time battery backup, goes off…

I don’t even wanna think about Vivo and RealMe. Well, I’m super worried amd confused coz I’d have to buy at least 2 phones. One, for my fam and one for me and I have a cash crunch since the lockdown. Moreover circumstances are very volatile, less pay, more exps etc etc. So will have to decide accordingly.

I understand everything… and as per the current situation..I would suggest that go for the repair work..buy a phone when situation gets better. If time and situation permits you, get the motherboard repaired, yes some working issues will be their, but very minute, at the most it will only affect the battery. I had suggested you to keep close eye while getting repaired, because majority of them are on lookout for getting the original screen out and replacing with the duplicate screen.
I would suggest, if you feel right, go for the repair option.
