This story is about Joe, Jackson, Amy, Tina, Rachael and John. Tina is Amy’s five year old daughter. The rest three are adults with no connection to Amy’s family whatsoever. But yes, they’re all crazy in their head. So the age doesn’t even matter.
Tina was three, when Amy had given her a knife to keep with herself as they feared of being attacked. Wondering why am I telling you this? You’ll know soon.
Here’s Rachael sharing this story with you all.

We were all caged in the mansion,
Living our lives without any human interaction.
None of us knew there are others residing there,
We always heard voices and used to get scared.
One day, Joe whom I now know as heard someone sobbing,
He decided to find it out and towards the voice began hopping.
The moment we saw each other, we both screamed,
Just after that, we heard few others scream.
We both rushed to see who they were and found few other souls residing there,
For a while at each other we stared!
We then started talking to each other and a tea party we planned,
Knowing the fact that there isn’t any tea and the party would turn bland!
While we were sipping our unfilled cups of imaginary tea,
A photographer came in with a thud.
All of us hid ourselves while he stared at the aligned cups,
I started giggling while Jackson got hiccups.
Jackson rushed to sip some water kept on the table,
Little Tina ran to help him as he was disabled.
The remaining four of us had no idea what to do!
What would happen next, we hadn’t got any clue.
Jackson picked the glass to drink water while Tina held the teapot.
Amy waved at Tina, giving her a glare,
The scared Photographer rushed towards the exit when he saw the teapot dancing in the air.
We hugged each other when we saw him run.
It was hilarious! We never knew, our fear would turn out to be so fun!
We’re ghosts, then why did we fear, we wondered!
Finally, the fear of humans, we’d conquered!
Since then, it’s been almost 600 years we’re enjoying our ghosted life.
But Little Tina, for her self-protection even today keeps that knife.

I always think of participating in prompts but hardly did. Reason – When I see an image/word prompt, something hits my mind but then, I keep it for later coz of my working schedule. And by the time, I realize, it’s already too late. So this time, when I saw this image the above story-line hit my mind and before the thought could get washed away, I decided to pen it down. This was written within 15-20 mins approximately and after final touch-up, I’m releasing it today.
This is my 1st attempt for Sadjeβs What do you see.. Also, haven’t written such a piece before this.
Hope you all like it. Do share your feedback. Thank you!

I apologize, I forgot to answer your question. There are Puh-lenty of people asking about me; usually people in authority after something has happened. The most common three word phrase in my town is the boomed “MICHAEL _____ ______!” At which time I have to discern, hmm, should I make like a tree and ‘leave’…or…run like a mofo. Ever certain of my own innocence, I am not always able to convince “them”.
