Hmmm… Today, let’s talk about some disasters that happened during a Zoom call.
I have a few. Mmm… Quite a few.š
Well, I’m among those people who keep both – the mic and camera off. Reasons many!
I’m super expressive. My face is a mirror to my heart, my mind, my soul. I can’t fake it out. I don’t like unnecessary talks. Tell me what you got to say and finish it off. I don’t wanna know what you ate for breakfast and when you took a dump.š¤·š¼āāļø
But that doesn’t happen. People endup talking unimportant things and I lose my mind. So better off the visuals.š
Honestly, the work discussions are also unnecessary but hey, I get paid to listen to that BS. Isn’t it?š
Okay, on a serious note – I don’t sit but lie down due to my backache issues and so no video.š āāļø
But have you ever accidentally unmuted it and forgot about it?š
I have!šš¼āāļø I even today thank the Lord for saving me from saying something which I shouldn’t have.š I got a tiny heartattack when I realised it wasn’t on mute.š
If I would’ve, something like this would’ve definitely happened.šš¼š
My family has strict instructions not to enter my room while at work after this incident. If they do, they’re not allowed to talk.š Coz, if they talk, I’ll endup speaking and I will definitely start talking something I shouldn’t.
So if they happen to enter my room, we both play Dumb Charades š and we have to guess what we’re trying to convey to each other until I give-up and end-up speaking… obviously after checking if I’m on mute.š

Ohh this happens to me too. I remember eating something and saying “oooh this tastes good” on unmute without realizing!! People private chatted to me and told me I was unmute!!

Adjusting is when you have to tolerate them for 9 hours or more.š Trust me, Zoom calls are better coz max 40 mins tolerance and then it drops on it own. Zoom be like, “Hey, I know you won’t be able to tolerate each other more than 40 mins. So go take a break and then decide if you wanna rejoin for a 2nd session of tolerating the person.”šš

Lol. I’m soo eager to read zoom call stories and incidents. I once tricked my sir into using a shortcut that muted him. He kept on saying something but he didn’t realize he was mute until one of the students told him. Luckily he’s a good teacher and just laughed. š šš

LOL. This is funny when it’s over but while it’s happening and you’re just realizing it — ohmgee, can be totally embarrassing, depending on how big the boo-boo is.

I am a dumbo…..And once took my phone to the WC when I was in a meeting. The sound of the flush was a very embarrassing moment for me. But on the plus point it was just me with my 2 friends.
