Next level is people who’ve probably seen a little more in life then they should’ve or someone who’s way too emotional. Patterns of experiences in their lives make them change their perspective and behaviour forever. Like they’re way too direct, come what may.
I don’t know if I was able to really explain what I meant.

I get what you are saying. But I find it better to be direct. I also know it’s not right to be direct everywhere and every time. I change my ways according to the situation. I can be flexible.
The pattern of experiences helps to forsee the experiences of future and can give a fair idea what to do. If a person really understands, he/she can think around this. This varies from individual to individual. Not everyone sees it this way.

I just picked up photography as a hobby a few years back.
Just kept clicking and I guess got better at it with time. I never miss a chance to click any picturesque view, any good moment and keep experimenting randomly.
